Kia ora! My name is Kaitlin. I am a Registered Psychologist trained in Health Psychology. I currently live in Tāmaki Makaurau in Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand) and have a passion to help people navigate difficult life experiences so they can regain their sense of self and flourish.

I work with individuals, couples, throuples, and polycules providing a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment to explore experiences, thoughts, and emotions.

Qualifications & Professional Experience

I completed my training at the University of Auckland with a special interest in Health Psychology and the mind-body connection. My formal education includes undergraduate studies, Masters of Health Psychology, and PGDip Health Psychology before progressing into clinical practice.

My experience includes both practical clinical work and academic research. I have worked in the disability sector, primary care space, and currently focus my work in the area of reproductive medicine with Fertility Associates and sex therapy with Sex Therapy New Zealand.

I hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate with the New Zealand Psychologists Board, full membership of the Australia and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors' Association (ANZICA), membership with the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ), and membership with the New Zealand Psychologist Society (NZPsS).
